I release a sigh after reading the letter in front of me.
"Gwyn? What is it?"
I look at Silva and say.
"It is the king and my father."
"The king? Is he asking you not to attack the Northern Nobles, Gwyn?"
"No. He agreed for me to attack. However, he asks me not to destroy or expand the land beyond the culprit behind this attack."
"That means we can only attack twelve lords, huh?"
I nod and say.
"Aye. We can only attack the Twelves Lords, the territory that stands between the North and South."
"We know there are more than them, right? Does the king truly want to give more reason for us to hate his rule?"
I release a sigh and shake my head.
"No. You misunderstand. The king and my father will be the ones taking care of the other lords, Silva."
"Oh?"
"The king granted my father a Grand Marshal title in this battle, and they will attack the rest of the nobles who will directly attack us."
I give the two letters to Silva and continue.
"The king already had good enough reason to do a culling, and now he let my father be the one leading the attack."
After reading the letter, Silva nods her head and says.
"That is good. We cannot keep receiving the beating. We need to stand up, and this is the chance for us to show the rest of the people in this kingdom that we are not people that can be underestimated."
She stands up and says.
"Do I need to tell my father to raise his army, Gwyn?"
"Yes. Tell him to raise the banner and be free to attack the nobles on the list. Tell him not to attack other than the noble on the list. Lastly, write a letter to the rest of the Southern Nobles. We will also raise the banner, and it is time to move north."
"I will do that."
I watch her leave and release a sigh one more time. Another war is coming, but we will be attacking this time. We are people who endure a lot. We endure for who knows how long, but now it is time for us to attack, and we will show them what kind of beast they are beating for years.

|Catharina von Xenotra – Heiress of Baron Xenotra|
I hold back a scream at the news Jonathan gives me. This is the worst! Isn’t this the same as what is happening in the Canon Timeline?! How could this happen? I thought that the timeline would change for the better with Gwyndolin as a reincarnated person from Earth.
Now? Now, the Black Rose uses the nobles to summon a wave of monsters and almost destroy the entire kingdom with them. Without Gwyndolin showing his full power, something that is complete bullshit, by the way, the entire kingdom will become like the Empire down south.
That is another headache. With Gwyndolin going all out, I know how fucked we are if he is our enemy. I thought that kind of thinking was common sense, but it looks like it is not the case. What? Summoning a Primordial Goddess into this world cannot change your mind? Then, this world is doomed.
"ARGH! Why are they attacking the north?!"
I scream in frustration and throw my body onto the couch.
"It is not bad, you know?"
I look at Jonathan and say.
"What do you mean?! It is not bad?! We are at war!"
"Eh? When do I say we are at war, Cat?" Google seaʀᴄh novelFire.net
"What? You said that the South was attacking the North, right?"
"Yes. They are attacking the North."
"Then what do you mean we are not at war?!"
"That is because the King let them be. Not only that, the king also supports this action."
"What? What do you mean?"
Jonathan looks at me with a smile and says.
"The king wants the purge to happen. My father informed me that the king wanted to take care of the rebelling nobles, and this was a good chance for that to happen. He didn’t want the South to get involved in this matter, but because the North attacked first, the South needed to get involved."
I frown a little at that answer.
"What do you mean?"
"The Central Nobles are out of control, you know? They think they are the most powerful people in this kingdom. They attack the South even after the king tells them not to do anything. The Northern Nobles fall in line, but the central Nobles... they do not listen, and here we are."
"So, you are telling me the Kingdom will not have a Civil War?"
"Well... Technically, we are in a civil war, but you are right. This is a purge instead of a civil war as the King and my Father rally a lot of nobles in this purge. Not only that, the one leading them is Alexander Cunningham, the Sword Saint."
I release a sigh and lean over the couch. Right. This is good. We are not going through the First Arc of the Canon Timeline. All my work is not going in vain because of the first arc.
"Right. That is good. At least we can still focus on the organization that is able to summon all those monsters."
Jonathan and I focused our effort on searching for the Black Rose. We are getting closer to knowing their organization and how their group works. We spend a lot of money to get as much information as we can to get the information, and we manage to get a trail of them.
"That’s right. We don’t need to worry. My informant already told me that Gwyndolin agreed not to expand the battle more than the nobles who attacked the South."
"That’s good."
Jonathan smiles and leans over to kiss me.
"That’s why you don’t need to worry, Cat. What you need to worry about is gathering the proof from the nobles working with this Black Rose organization."
I snap from my thoughts and nod my head.
"You are right. We need to gather as much evidence as we can from those nobles."
